"Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.”
In a strange way I almost enjoyed the training and preparation that went into competing more than the competition itself. Almost. There was (is) something about pushing my limits and challenging myself on a day to day basis that I always thrived off of. When my athletic career came to an end, my goal was to train athletes at the college and professional level (which i did for a number of years). Overtime I lost interest in training (too much babysitting) but continued to sell workouts from my website. Designing effective training programs is as much an art as it is a science and my workouts got results.
